The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is dedicated to fostering excellence in the accounting profession. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Manager for our Student Enrolment & Services team to enhance our student engagement and support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the student enrolment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student recruitment and retention.
- Manage student services, including academic advising, orientation programs, and support services.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align enrolment strategies with institutional goals.
- Analyze enrolment data and trends to inform decision-making and improve services.
- Lead and mentor the enrolment and services team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Organize outreach programs and events to promote CA Sri Lanka and its offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in student enrolment, admissions, or related services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
