Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote events and services.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and event outcomes.
- Assist in budget management and ensure projects are completed within financial guidelines.
- Provide support for post-event evaluation and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and event coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
