Responsibilities
- Prepare MVAC drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD or relevant drafting software.
- Take accurate site measurements and update drawings accordingly.
- Monitor project progress and assist in daily coordination.
- Communicate effectively with site teams, suppliers, and management.
- Prepare material lists and project-related documentation.
- Follow up on project timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients and clarify requirements when necessary.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Draftsman / AutoCAD Operator.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and technical detailing.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage priorities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
