Your Role
- Lead and manage development orders for assigned accounts from design stage through to shipment.
- Collaborate closely with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Handle product sampling, pricing negotiations, and approvals for development stages.
- Monitor critical path timelines and ensure timely execution of each stage.
- Manage supplier performance and capacity planning to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reports on order status, approvals, and key milestones.
What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years of experience as a Development Merchandiser.
- Sound knowledge in fabric will be an added advantage.
- A degree/Diploma in Textile and Clothing or Textile Technology or any equivalent qualification.
- Confidence in preparing and delivering professional presentations.
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- An excellent team player with the ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
