About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and direction to the Micro Leasing Sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and business partners.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and drive portfolio growth.
- Mentor, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in sales, preferably within leasing or financial services.
- More than 3 years in a managerial position.
- Degree or professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
