Job Profile
- Manage daily FMCG RD system operations, including customer/distributor creation, price list uploads, and stock adjustments.
- Oversee promotions and discounts by auditing system uploads and ensuring field-level implementation.
- Process credit/debit notes, update promotional timelines, and modify distribution routes in line with internal policies.
- Create and maintain user accounts for distributors and sales reps, aligned with sales targets and reporting structures.
- Ensure master data accuracy in SAP/Samna, including material codes, price zones, and channel/route corrections.
- Coordinate with the overseas head office and internal sales teams to resolve system issues and maintain cross-functional alignment.
Personal Profile
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support or operations, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficiency in Excel (Basic Formulas & Functions).
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
