Mount Lotus Hospitals (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team in Kurunegala. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license in Sri Lanka.
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations.
