Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assist in the implementation of health programs and initiatives.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license in Sri Lanka.
- Proven experience as a Nurse, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification is preferred.
