Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain office files, records, and confidential documents.
- Draft, type, and prepare reports, letters, and presentations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide direct administrative and secretarial support to management.
- Liaise with staff, clients, and suppliers as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration or secretarial work.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and confidentiality.
