Job Responsibilities
- Making telephone calls to parents, adults, and students regarding new classes.
- Calling individuals expected to join new online and physical classes in the future.
- Handling student monthly class fees through cash and online banking transactions, and recording them in books.
- Answering client calls and transferring them to the relevant person.
- Managing customer consultation complaints and related Zoom link and passcode issues.
- Regularly collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Patient, positive, and hardworking attitude.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and smartphones.
- Pleasant personality with friendly disposition.
- Good coordinating skills.
