Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the agri sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Passion for agriculture and sustainable practices.
