JF & I Packaging (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Officer | Executive for our Compliance & Employee Wellbeing team. This role is crucial in ensuring our company adheres to regulatory standards while fostering a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with local and international regulations.
- Develop and implement employee wellbeing programs.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports on compliance status and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR to promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
- Provide training and resources to employees regarding compliance and wellbeing policies.
- Assist in the resolution of compliance-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or employee wellbeing roles.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
