Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with production planning, production, and quality teams to manage and set standard minutes per value for each activity, sewing machines, and full garments and accessories.
- Measure the potential capacity of a factory and production line accurately.
- Upload all costing and BOM information to SAP and initiate material creation with precision.
- Create a T&A for each development inquiry until bulk PCD (Production Cut Date).
- Collaborate with Design and Product Development teams to create and cross-develop styles and samples for unique customer offerings.
- Fulfill production capacity with the PCU team and ensure timely costing.
- Sourcing trims and accessories for samples.
- Submit samples to customers and follow up on approvals.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Proven competency in garment construction, product costing, balancing line layouts, conducting time studies, and productivity improvements.
- Exposure to GSD systems and lean methodology is a definite advantage.
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills.
- A team player with a proactive outlook towards excellence.
