Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage shipping operations from start to finish.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and records.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process.
- Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in shipping or logistics operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
