About Us
We are the Litro Gas Distributor in the Ragama / Wattala / Kelaniya / Maligawatte area, seeking a self-motivated and qualified Operations Manager to oversee LP Gas distribution to our dealer and commercial network as well as yard operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance and ensure operational goals are met.
- Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflows.
- Oversee inventory, distribution, and resource management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
Ideal Candidate
- 1-5 years of proven experience in the field (preferably in the Distribution industry).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Resident in the area is preferred.
- Age between 30-45 years.
- A valid driving license is required.
