About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our Australian client in the restaurant industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations, supply chain, or marketing, and who is eager to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations by managing inventory, ensuring compliance, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Track stock levels, update records, and prepare reports.
- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date food safety and transport documentation.
- Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers for timely, accurate deliveries.
- Marketing Support: Assist with campaigns, promotions, and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, or F&B is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory tools.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Additional: Full-time role with hybrid work setup.
Salary Range:
LKR 85,000 - 100,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
