About Us
Wash On Wheels Car Detailing is scaling fast across Australia—our Sri Lankan back office is the engine room. We’re hiring an Operations Manager to orchestrate people, process, and performance across Sri Lanka (Back-Office) and Australia (Field).
Responsibilities
- Manage operations control tower: reports cadence, AU+SL leadership huddles, KPI dashboards (sales, HR, utilisation, payments, CX).
- Design and refresh SOPs quarterly; create expansion playbooks.
- Oversee field operations in Australia: stock & equipment cycles, supplier trade accounts, dispatch.
- Ensure CRM hygiene for bookings and customer profiles.
- Coordinate finance activities: invoicing cadence, collections, weekly reconciliations.
- Lead a customer-first approach to turn complaints into case studies.
- Collaborate with marketing on Ads/SEO/fleet outreach.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) with stakeholder confidence across time zones.
- 3+ years in operations/project management (BPO, logistics, automotive/field services).
- Proven people leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Ability to spot bottlenecks and design SOPs effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems and Google Ads.
- Understanding of Australian basics (AEST overlap, public holidays).
- Exposure to compliance or safety frameworks.
Location & Hours
Based in Colombo (Head Office). Core hours aligned to Australia (e.g., 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM SLT) with flexibility for leadership meetings.
