Operations Manager (Hospital Facility Services)

As we continue to grow and improve our services, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate essential non-clinical support services across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the following departments and services:
- Housekeeping & Cleaning: Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of all hospital areas.
- Security Services: Coordinating with internal and external security teams to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.
- Transport Services: Overseeing hospital transport operations including patient transfers, staff transport, and ambulance coordination.
- Kitchen & Catering: Managing the kitchen operations to ensure timely, hygienic, and nutritious meals are provided to patients and staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations or facility management, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting with relevant professional qualifications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and hospital regulatory standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
