Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Analyze financial reports and manage budgets to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and menu items.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
