Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising.
- Implement promotional strategies to enhance sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train, develop, and evaluate staff performance to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
