- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dessert offerings.
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques and baking methods.
- Creativity and attention to detail in presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus.
