Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret designer sketches and create precise patterns via CAD or manual drafting.
- Grade patterns to multiple sizes and prepare prototypes for fit evaluation.
- Refine patterns based on fit feedback and production needs.
- Maintain organized archives of digital and physical pattern files.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in pattern making.
- Proficiency in CAD tools.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and teamwork skills.
