Chillfrost Ltd is a dynamic company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the refrigeration industry. We are looking for a motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the MD.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil is a plus.
