Main Responsibilities
- Oversee production planning across the factory and coordinate orders between merchandising and operations teams.
- Monitor production schedules, identify potential delays, and ensure communication between the production team and merchandisers regarding delivery risks.
- Maintain accurate daily production reports and weekly shipment updates for our Fast React System.
- Engage with merchandisers during pre-production meetings for upcoming styles and raise alerts for any scheduling conflicts.
- Resolve issues promptly to prevent delivery failures and ensure smooth production line operations.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in production planning or a relevant department in the apparel sector.
- Relevant educational qualifications (degree, diploma, or certificate) are considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, ERP, Email, and other planning software.
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
- Excellent PR skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
