Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to assess client requirements and provide expert AV guidance.
- Design and present AV solutions, including proposals and system layouts.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, BOMs, and quotations.
Requirements
- Higher National Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or City & Guilds Level 3 or 4 (or equivalent) in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. (AVIXA knowledge is an added advantage.)
- Proven experience in pre-sales support or technical sales within the AV industry is a plus; however, passionate freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, including hybrid audio-video trends.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software for creating AV system layouts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Sinhala.
