Muve is a UK-based property law firm with over 500 team members across the UK and Sri Lanka. We are building modern AI infrastructure, automation tools, and next-generation internal systems to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and support our lawyers and operational teams.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Owner who can translate operational, legal, and technical requirements into clear product specifications. You will help shape internal tools, AI automations, workflows, and platform features used by lawyers, case workers, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog, priorities, and feature definitions.
- Translate business and operational needs into product requirements.
- Work with teams across operations, lawyers, AML, finance, onboarding, and engineering.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation.
- Support sprint planning, refinement, UAT, and product releases.
- Use data and feedback to inform product decisions.
- Contribute to building AI-driven workflows and automation tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong ability to translate complex processes into clear product requirements.
- Experience with SaaS, workflow tools, legal-tech, or operational platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with agile product development.
