Production Assistant
Job Profile
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor production targets and take corrective actions to minimize downtime or delays.
- Train and guide machine operators on handling equipment, safety procedures, and SOPs.
Candidate Profile
- GCE A/L or higher education in Production/Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of production processes, workflow optimization, and quality standards.
