Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Supervisor in managing daily production activities.
- Supervise a team of production workers.
- Monitor production quality and ensure standards are maintained.
- Help plan production schedules and ensure targets are met.
- Support training and guidance for production workers.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain a safe and organized production environment.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Production Manufacturing or related field is an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in garment production or as a team leader.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow into a supervisory role.
