Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities and schedules.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Implement and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a production role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
