Responsibilities

- Coordinate with various departments to streamline production processes.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production lines.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing support to the production team.
- Prepare and maintain production reports for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with production management software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
