Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure high performance.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
