Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Factory Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production operations within a factory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Manage and lead a team of production workers, optimizing labor productivity.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet production targets.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports using Excel, Google Docs, and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a production environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Residing close to Kalutara, Bandaragama, or Horana areas will be an added advantage.
