Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality and smooth delivery of the Innovation Program while maintaining high standards of center facilities.
- Provide excellent customer care by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns effectively.
- Update and maintain accurate student/participant databases and records.
- Handle payment collection, cash settlements, and maintain proper financial records.
- Coordinate classes.
Qualifications
- Excellent English and Sinhala communication skills with pleasant conversion skills.
- Good passion in the field of Marketing.
- Previous experience in Customer Care will be an added benefit.
- Female candidates only.
- Working days will be Saturday and Sunday.
Compensation
Compensation is provided on a daily wage basis.
