SOS Children's Villages Sri Lanka is seeking a dedicated and passionate Programme Coordinator for Youth (Male) to join our National Office in Piliyandala. This role is essential in supporting our mission to provide a nurturing environment for children and youth in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement youth development programs in alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for youth to enhance their skills and opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, providing regular reports to management.
- Build strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners.
- Support youth in personal development, education, and career planning.
- Organize events and activities that promote youth engagement and empowerment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in youth program coordination or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and report writing.
- Fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is an advantage.
