What You'll Do
- Curate and deliver experiences that highlight traditional and contemporary craft at the highest standard.
- Collaborate with master artisans, designers, and cultural institutions, building meaningful relationships across the heritage and creative sectors.
- Oversee the full festival journey - from concept and curation to on-site delivery and post-event storytelling.
- Manage budgets, partnerships, and production with efficiency and flair.
- Champion the festival's identity as a cultural highlight, ensuring it resonates with local and international audiences.
Who You Are
- A seasoned cultural project leader with proven event or festival management experience.
- Someone with artistic sensibility and deep appreciation for heritage crafts, design, and culture.
- Confident and creative, equally comfortable in boardrooms, workshops, and festival grounds.
- Organized and efficient, able to bring structure without losing the magic of creativity.
- A strong communicator who can inspire artists, partners, sponsors, and the public alike.
