Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process for all hotel supplies and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
- Prepare and present purchasing reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
