Key Responsibilities
- Source & evaluate suppliers; negotiate suppliers, terms & delivery schedules.
- Issue purchase orders & ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels & coordinate with production & warehouse teams.
- Maintain purchase records & data through the ERP system.
- Evaluate supplier performance & ensure compliance with standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand material needs & specifications.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Procurement / Supply Chain Management from a recognized university or institute. (Possession of a Bachelor's Degree will be considered an added advantage.)
- 02-04 years purchasing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation & analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office & ERP systems (SAP/Tally).
- Excellent organizational & communication skills.
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations & best practices.
