Job Profile
Join one of the leading Non-Banking Finance Companies in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a self-driven and solution-oriented individual with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate must be a team player who ensures software quality through structured testing methodologies while aligning with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and inconsistencies.
- Work closely with developers and business analysts to resolve quality-related issues.
- Assist in establishing and evolving QA best practices.
- Participate in release management to ensure smooth deployment of new features and fixes.
- Maintain test documentation and prepare reports on software quality metrics.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Security Testing.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing.
- Familiarity with test automation tools (experience in automation would be an advantage).
- Experience in Banking/Financial application testing will be an added advantage.
- A Bachelor's Degree in IT or a relevant qualification in Software Testing.
