Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of production to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in quality processes and procedures.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Passed G.C.E A/L in Bio Science/Maths Streams.
- Minimum 1 year experience in quality and food safety in a food manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work on a shift basis.
- Basic knowledge in chemical analysis.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Positive work attitude with a result-oriented mindset.
- Age between 22 - 30.
- Ability to work independently.
- Should be a Male Candidate.
