Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Document and report quality issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in maintaining ISO certification.
- Support the continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Quality Assurance or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
