Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish quality control policies, procedures, and standards for products, services, and processes.
- Oversee quality control processes, conduct ISO and SLS internal and external audits, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Train staff in quality control procedures and best practices, and mentor team members.
- Implement QMS and EMS practice processes as per industry requirements.
- Address customer complaints and solve problems effectively.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial and Service Quality Management or Material Engineering; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge and experience with SLS product certification and ISO 9001 and 14001 system certification.
- Strong understanding of quality management analysis systems (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
