Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control measures and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the livestock or food industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
