Responsibilities
- Manage all Quantity Surveyor (QS) related tasks.
- Oversee end-to-end project management.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Oversee production processes and method statements.
- Meet established quality standards.
- Handle site-related activities.
- Conduct overall efficiency analysis.
- Perform product quality analysis.
- Oversee business and product development.
- Implement and analyze SOPs.
- Manage client and supply chain relationships.
- Optimize sales processes.
- Understand the overall company concept and goals.
- Collaborate across divisions to improve business operations.
Requirements
- Technical background in construction, interiors, furniture, or manufacturing.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Undergraduate or professional qualification preferred.
- Prior work experience is preferred, but all applicants are welcome.
