Key Responsibilities
- Prepare & analyze BOQs, cost estimates, and related documents for civil works.
- Evaluate and compare subcontractor & supplier quotations to ensure value for money.
- Raise purchase orders with work approvals and contractual agreements for sub-contractors.
- Prepare Interim Payment Certificates for sub-contractors after inspecting job completion.
- Collaborate with project engineers, procurement, finance, and other parties to complete projects on time.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and monitor project expenditure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP/SAP systems.
- Experience in civil areas is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
