Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in contract administration and negotiations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institute.
- Completed a Draftsman Course - NVQ (Level 4) or NCT.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Aged between 25-30 years.
- Residing in close proximity to Kurunegala.
