Responsibilities
- Conduct cost estimation for MEP projects.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and final accounts.
- Manage variations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in tendering processes and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
- Oversee contract administration and compliance.
- Work independently to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP Quantity Surveying.
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of MEP cost estimation, BOQs, variations, and final accounts.
- Experience in tendering, subcontractor evaluation, and contract administration.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QS-related software.
