Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage tender documents, including bills of quantities and specifications.
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare detailed estimates for projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate pricing.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor project costs and provide financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on tendering.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
