Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Quantity Surveying (QS) team.
Oversee cost estimates, takeoffs, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Liaise with Australian clients and manage their requirements.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
5-10 years of experience; overseas exposure is a plus, Australian experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Planswift and Bluebeam.
Excellent English and leadership skills.
