Responsibilities
- Quantity Surveyors (Civil):
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Monitor project costs and provide financial reports.
- Technical Officers (Civil):
- Assist in the planning and design of civil engineering projects.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project compliance.
- Draughtsman:
- Create detailed drawings and plans for civil engineering projects.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Utilize CAD software to produce high-quality technical drawings.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in the respective role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
