Responsibilities

Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts.
Conduct cost analysis and prepare reports.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure financial efficiency.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 4 years’ experience.
HND/NCT in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years’ experience.
Excellent computer literacy in MS Office package.
